1. Acceptance of Terms

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bak99 account. Currency

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Casino Games

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bak99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, permanent closure of the account, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use bak99 to conduct any financial transaction connected to criminal activity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bak99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account or self-exclude from the platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your bak99 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.

Dormant Account Policy

Accounts that have been inactive for twelve consecutive months with a positive balance will be classified as dormant. bak99 will notify you of the impending dormancy status by email before any administrative fee is applied. 9. Responsible Gaming

• Loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profit, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or bak99 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, network outages, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond bak99's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory action).
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game odds, payout calculations, or promotional terms that result from technical malfunctions or data feed errors, provided bak99 corrects such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by bak99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bak99's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bak99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bak99 platform — including but not limited to the bak99 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bak99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bak99 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any bak99 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bak99 software or game code.
• Use the bak99 brand name, logo, or any similar mark in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the bak99 platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of bak99 intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose the offending party to legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms and Conditions are reserved by bak99 and its licensors.

12. Amendments and Governing Law

bak99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
